GUEST SERVICES
Animals:
Service animals with proper designation and/or paper work are allowed in the McKay Events Center. Service animals must be kept on a leash and cannot be disruptive to other guests. Animals without this designation are considered pets and are not allowed in the venue. Pets are not allowed.
ATM’S:
There is an ATM machine located on the 2nd floor of the McKay Events Center by the elevator on the north side of the building.
Cameras:
No Audio, Video & Camera equipment are allowed in the McKay Events Center during an event.
Doors/Gates Open:
Depending on the event door/gates typically open 1 hour prior to the start of an event.
Elevators:
We have 2 elevators in the McKay Events Center located on the North and South ends of the building and can be accessed on the first and second floors of the building.
First Aide:
In the event of an emergency please notify any McKay Events Center staff or uniformed Police Officer.
Food & Beverage:
No outside food or drinks will be allowed in the McKay Events Center. There are concession stands located on the 2nd floor selling various types of food and drinks as well as snack & beverage vending machines. Alcoholic beverages are not allowed in the events center nor are they available for purchase.
